Where to send it

What to put in the email

Anything you can tell me shortens the round trip. Ideally:

  • Your iPhone model and iOS version (Settings > General > About)
  • The HabitGlass version, from the bottom of the app's Settings screen
  • What you did, what you expected, and what happened instead
  • A screenshot or a screen recording, if it's something visual

Don't send me an export of your habit data unless I've asked for it, and even then, only if you're comfortable with that. I don't need it to fix most things.

Common things

I paid for Pro and it's still locked
Open Settings in the app and tap Restore purchases. That re-checks your App Store receipt, which is normally all it takes. If the purchase is still pending Apple's approval (Ask to Buy, for instance) the app will unlock by itself once that clears. Still stuck after both? Email me and mention which plan you bought.
My streak reset and I don't think it should have
Streaks are counted against the habit's own schedule, so check the Repeat setting on the habit first. A three-times-a-week habit and an every-day habit will disagree about the same week. If the schedule looks right and the number still looks wrong, send me the habit's schedule and the days you logged and I'll take a look.
Reminders aren't arriving
Reminders are local notifications, so iOS has the final say. Check Settings > Notifications > HabitGlass on your phone, and make sure Focus modes or Scheduled Summary aren't holding them back. Also confirm the habit itself has a reminder time set: it's per habit, not global.
Moving to a new iPhone
An encrypted iPhone backup or an iCloud device transfer brings everything across. If you'd rather do it by hand, export a JSON backup from Settings on the old phone and import it on the new one. Turning on iCloud sync on both devices also works, and keeps working afterwards.
I want everything deleted
Settings > Data > Delete All Data wipes every habit and check-in from the device, and from your iCloud storage if sync is on. There's nothing on a server of mine to delete, because there is no server. The privacy policy spells out exactly where data lives.
Where's the Android version?
There isn't one, and there's no plan for one. HabitGlass is built directly on iOS 26's Liquid Glass, SwiftData and WidgetKit. A port would be a different app wearing the same name, and it wouldn't be as good.
